Balloons and Flowers by Haley is a full service decorating company creating spectacular settings for special events. We have distinguished ourselves as a premiere balloon company in Rockford and the surrounding area, offering centerpieces, arches, columns, drops, sculptures, releases,
and more, for unlimited choices.

Since 1990, Balloons and Flowers by Haley has expanded it's scope to provide a full range of decorating services including theme pieces, wedding and stage decor, and funeral flowers. Balloons and Flowers by Haley is a family owned business.
Owner Jill Gleitz, a former graphic artist, is supported by a talented staff of decorators, floral designers, artists, and technicians.
